If you are a regular visitor you will notice new signs and markers throughout the museum. Please take care of yourself and others by keeping a safe distance from others during your visit.

Hand sanitiser are available at the entrance and at key points around the galleries. In line with government guidance, all visitors will need to wear a face covering inside the museum.

What are your opening hours?
Regular openings times are Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 - 17:00. Visits to museums are only permitted if the incidence in the Konstanz district is below 100 for 5 days in a row. See www.museum-art-cars.com for details.
How to book a ticket?
Museum entry is chargeable but you'll now need to pre-book a timed ticket online.
How long does it take to look around?
If you are an attentive visitor – watching and reading carefully you will need 2 hours stay. If you are more of an impression catcher – absorbing fast you will need less than an hour.
Are there printed or audio guides?
We don't have an audio guide but there are leaflets for free.
Do you offer guided tours?
We offer special guided tours through the MAC 1 for groups with exciting anecdotes and background information on the current exhibition.
Is there a shop or cafe?
We have a small gift shop where you can buy a range of Architecture, Art and Oldtimer related items. We do have a cafe/restaurant with both indoor and outdoor areas. No food or drink allowed in the exhibition.
Do you have anywhere to store luggage?
You can lock your belongings in the entrance hall near the ticket office.
How accessible is the museum?
The museum is barrier-free. Please contact us before, so we can make your visit smoothly.
Is the museum suitable for families?
Families with children of all ages can enjoy activities in and around the museum.
