Tickets for the Gianni Versace Retrospective are available exclusively at the venue and cannot be purchased online. As this is a charitable event, ticket prices are set at a symbolic fee of €3, with no need for pre-booking. Simply arrive at the exhibition and purchase your ticket on-site.

If you are a regular visitor you will notice new signs and markers throughout the museum. Please take care of yourself and others by keeping a safe distance from others during your visit.

Hand sanitiser are available at the entrance and at key points around the galleries. In line with government guidance, all visitors do not need to wear a face covering inside the museum.

Regular openings times are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 - 20:00.

How to book a ticket?
Museum entry is chargeable but you can now pre-book a ticket online.
How long does it take to look around?
If you are an attentive visitor – watching and reading carefully you will need 2,5 hours stay. If you are more of an impression catcher – absorbing fast you will need less than one hour.
Are there printed or audio guides?
We don't have an audio guide but we offer guided tours. There are leaflets for free and a hardcover book for 40 Euro at the entrance area.
Do you offer guided tours?
We offer special guided tours through the museum for groups with exciting anecdotes and background information on the current exhibition.
Is there a shop or cafe?
The gallery is part of the Stary Browar complex (shopping center), where you can find many shops, cafes and restaurants. No food or drink allowed in the exhibition.
Do you have anywhere to store luggage?
There is a cloakroom and also lockers for free.
How accessible is the museum?
The museum is barrier-free. Please contact us before, so we can make your visit smoothly.
Is the museum suitable for families?
Families with children of all ages can enjoy activities in and around the museum.
